CAF Confederation Cup: Dolphins' players unsure of travel plans to E'Guinea

Dolphins FC striker, Isiaka Olawale has disclosed that plenty of  uncertainty surrounds their trip to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea where they are supposed to face Leones Vegetarianos FC in the CAF Confederations Cup tomorrow.

In a chat with footballlive.ng, barely 24 hours to the game, Olawale says he knows nothing about the team's travel plans or arrangements for the game.

"We are Playing on Saturday and that's less than 24 hours now and what i heard before was that flight from Port Harcourt to Lagos and from Lagos to Ghana the we link Equatorial Guinea but now I dont know if it's a direct flight from Lagos to Malabo"

"The players are ready and anytime they say we should go we go;the player are ready and we are still at the team's hotel. Anytime they say we should move we move"

Dolphins is one of the four Nigerian teams involved in continental engagements this season and they scheduled to face Leones Vegetarianos FC in the first leg preliminary stage of the CAF Confedration Cup"

However, skipper of Dolphins FC, Sunday Rotimi has allayed the fears of his teammate, Isiaka Olawale by revealing that the management of the club will because of time factor fly them to the match venue via chartered flight today.

"That is wrong information; we are going by air direct to Malabo to honour the match due to time factor. We know the importance of the game and so good, the management is working towards making sure that everything goes well."
