Flying Eagles of Nigeria coach Manu Garba has revealed ahead of 2015 FIFA World Cup in New Zealand that he does not yet have a complete team that will execute the tournament despite just wining the 2015 CAF African Youth Championship in Senegal reported footballlive.ng .
Garba has succeeded in guiding Nigeria to two trophies withing the space of two years having won the 2013 FIFA U17 championship in Dubai and just this weekend past, the CAF U20 AYC in Senegal.
In a chat with footballlive.ng, Garba 49, stated that the likes of Kelechi Iheanacho, Isaac Success and other players who were absent at the AYC will still be given an opportunity to be in the team of the final screening exercise before the FIFA Under 20 tournament in New Zealand.
"This is a team that not play at 100 percent strength because we still have a couple of players that were not released from their clubs"
"We'll have player who will come join us later in the year to also compete for places in the world cup team. I believe that we'll do all we can to make sure that we win the world cup for Nigeria for the first time God willing" Manu Garba Said.
