CAF postpones Kano Pillars' champions League tie against Mogherb Tetouane

The Champions League tie involving Kano Pillars' CAF and Moghreb Tetouane, has been postponed by one week, after the Nigerian Premier League club suffered a robbery attack last week Thursday.

The game was initially scheduled to be played this Thursday, but the club appealed for a shift.

Pillars have now confirmed via their official Twitter account, that the match against the Moroccan side will be played next week.

"CAF Champions League Committee has postponed our 1st leg match against MA Tetouane of Morocco for one week," the club tweeted.

"The March 14th game is now scheduled to be played on 20, 21, or 22 of  March. The match has been postponed due to the attack on the team."

My Take : May the lord grant them all speedy recovery soon, Amen..
